BNJO Fiesta Muffin Mix
Produces a moist muffin that is less sweet and rich than either Deluxe or Basic. The stiffer batter results in a tighter grained muffin with high peak. Can be used as a one-stage mix making it a good choice for foodservice or wholesale applications.
